Jason is a senior executive with more than 25 years’ experience and a background in finance, strategy and operations, as well as not-for-profits, including headspace National and Orygen.
Jason is a Chartered Accountant who spent the first 10 years of his career at PwC, followed by a further nine years at IBM. He then ran his own management consulting business, specialising in aligning strategy with operational execution, with a variety of clients across industries, including working with Orygen on the unification with Orygen Specialist Programs (formerly Orygen Youth Health). Jason was also formerly head of the Youth Early Psychosis Program at headspace.
Prior to joining Orygen, Jason was CEO at Montlaur, one of Australia’s leading Project Management firms in the property industry, where he drove the growth of the business, before successfully negotiating its sale to CBRE, a multi-national listed in the New York Stock Exchange.
As CFO at Orygen, Jason’s focus is to progress the unification of finances and resources to improve Orygen’s ability to respond to the needs of young people, as well as contributing to organisational strategy and business development activities.
