National Summit on Intergenerational Fairness | highlights video

Watch a highlights video from the National Summit on Intergenerational Fairness held on Wednesday 19 April. The hybrid event featured a keynote address from Sophie Howe, the first Future Generations Commissioner for Wales, and a panel of experts discussing experiences and challenges of intergenerational inequity and the impact that this has on young Australians.

Panellists included: 

  • Joey Moloney, Senior Associate at the Grattan Institute;
  • Jahdai Vigona, NT Young Australian of the Year 2023;
  • Professor Susan Harris-Rimmer, Director of the Griffith University Policy Innovation Hub; and
  • Bailey Riley, National Union of Students President.

The event was facilitated by Elfy Scott, award-winning freelance journalist, presenter, and editor at Mamamia.
