Poster presentations

We are inviting PHNs and service providers to present posters to showcase their work and share learnings (equivalent to or larger than A0 - 841mm X 1189mm in size). Please submit your interest via email to [email protected] by 31 January 2019 together with your poster title.

A maximum of 50 posters will be accepted. Please note, posters previously presented elsewhere will be accepted.
