Thanks to those who joined us on Wednesday 4 May at 10am (AEST) for this online event and launch of the Orygen Institute and hear from a panel of experts discussing megatrends in youth mental health and why policy matters.  

Panellists included: 

• Professor Pat McGorry AO, executive director of Orygen;  
• Professor Johanna Wyn, Redmond Barry distinguished professor in the Youth Research Collective at the Melbourne Graduate School of Education ;
• Tina Yutong Li, Australian Mental Health Leadership fellow; 
• Professor Tim Soutphommasane, acting director of the Sydney Policy Lab, University of Sydney ; 
• Sizol Fuyana, 2022 Young Australian of the Year, Northern Territory; and 
• Dr Richard Denniss, chief economist and former executive director of The Australia Institute.
