Melbourne social worker and mental health clinician Angus Norman has hit the road on an epic solo cycling journey to raise awareness of mental health and funds for Orygen's youth mental health research.
The ride, known as Ridin North, will see Angus cover more than 2,000 kilometres on his way to the national Social Workers Congress on the Gold Coast.

He was also farewelled by mental health advocate Nick Bracks, one of several identities who Angus will interview in a series of 'Roadside Chats' about the intersection of exercise and sport in mental health.
Orygen Chief Operating Officer Chrissy McCallum and mental health advocate Nick Bracks farewell Angus Norman.
