IPS implementation and workforce training

In order to achieve high quality IPS, it is critical that the principles of IPS are maintained and programs and workers are continuously supported to improve their practice to achieve fidelity to the IPS model and support more young people into work and study.

Orygen has extensive experience undertaking independent fidelity reviews and supporting services with IPS implementation, evaluation and workforce training.  Our team provides technical support, vocational supervision and fidelity reviews for services seeking to deliver IPS programs and vocational peer work across Australia and a range of vocational recovery manuals, online modules, fact sheets and resources can be accessed here.

If you are interested in establishing an IPS program or learning more about our IPS services, please contact employment-and-education@orygen.org.au.
