Isabel Zbukvic 

As Head of Implementation Science across Research and Knowledge Translation at Orygen, Dr Zbukvic provides strategic leadership that bridges research and practice through capacity-building in implementation science and behavioural science methods.

Dr Zbukvic supports knowledge translation (KT) specialists, researchers, and services by leading implementation studies, evaluation initiatives, and providing methodological expertise. Dr Zbukvic also leads an equity-focused research program to improve mental healthcare for LGBTQIA+ young people, particularly those with intersectional experiences. This leadership positions Orygen as a global leader in implementation science by strengthening how evidence translates into practice across youth mental health systems while embedding equity and inclusion throughout research, KT and service initiatives.
