why is youth mental health advocacy important to you?

Youth mental health advocacy is crucial to me as it bridges empathy with empowerment. Recognising the challenges young minds face, I'm driven to break stigmas, amplify voices and provide tools for wellbeing. Witnessing positive change fuels my dedication to nurturing a compassionate world that prioritises the mental health of our youth.

how would you describe mental health in your community?

Thailand's mental health journey faces cultural, funding and resource challenges. Ongoing efforts to raise awareness, bolster the workforce, integrate care and leverage digital tools reflect a growing acknowledgment of the significance of mental wellbeing. Addressing these holistically can prioritise mental health, destigmatise it, and ensure accessibility for all.
