mental health support made easier
MOST is a place for young people aged 12-25 to find mental health support.
It brings practical tools, a supportive community and help from mental health experts all together in one place. You can start small, explore at your own pace and come back when you need more.
MOST was co-designed with young people and mental health experts and is backed by over 15 years of research.

MOST was comforting and made me feel they were my emotional support... I felt more relaxed and calm, knowing that I don't need to go through this all alone.

What young people get from MOST
Young people use MOST at their own pace, however works for them.
They can:
- use practical tools and activities backed by research
- work through step-by-step Journeys that help with anxiety, sleep, low mood, understanding thoughts and emotions, and more
- connect with other young people in a safe, supported community
- talk with mental health experts
- get support with work, study and career planning
- save helpful tools and resources to use again.
How MOST works alongside care
Partner mental health services can refer eligible young people aged 12–25:
- at intake, so they have support while waiting for care
- during care, so they can practise skills and get support between appointments
- at discharge, so support can continue after care ends.
Referrals connect the young person’s MOST account with their service, so they can use MOST alongside their care.
Young people aged 15–25 can also join directly from anywhere in Australia without a referral.
