Welcome to MOST, a digital mental health service for young people aged 12 to 25. It's available for free at participating youth mental health services.
MOST — Moderated Online Social Therapy — has been created over the past ten years by a team of leading youth mental health experts and by young people with lived experience of mental ill-health.
Forty per cent of young Australians experience mental ill-health every year. Getting access to the right kind of support at the right time is vital in ensuring young people can take steps to improve their wellbeing. But sometimes, getting support quickly can be difficult.
MOST connects young people with personalised, proven and effective support when they want it, wherever they are, on any device. It can provide extra support alongside face-to-face care and help young people through their journey to recovery.
It offers access to self-directed therapeutic content, a safe moderated online community, peer workers, careers counselling and one-on-one clinical support. It gives young Australians real people to talk to and gives them helpful, tailored information and practical tools that they can work through in their own time and space.
MOST is available for young people using participating headspace and specialist youth mental health services in Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and the ACT.
