Any complaints from young people, families, carers and service providers will be dealt with fairly, quickly and in the strictest confidence. You cannot, by law, be treated badly in any way for raising your concerns with us.
You can provide your feedback using the form below. You can submit your comments and suggestions anonymously, but be aware that we will not be able to provide any feedback if you choose to do this. If you do elect to provide an email address or phone number, we do not use these details for any purpose other than follow-up of the issue you are providing feedback on.
