Understanding and responding to school refusal

In this workshop, we will explore factors underlying school refusal. You will learn how to intervene before school attendance is a concern. You will learn about using a multi-tiered system of support, to assist children and young people to maintain engagement at school or return to school.

PLEASE NOTE: This workshop is specifically designed for professionals working with children, young people and families in the north-western and western metropolitan regions of Melbourne, who may not have specialist mental health training.
