In our own words

This workshop is developed and delivered by young people with lived and living experiences of using mental health services. You will learn what young people found helpful when they initially sought help for their mental health, and you will learn what might have got in the way. Young people will share their top tips and recommendations for supporting young people in their recovery journey.
