All Orygen Recovery staff are experts in their field of practice. Many who support young people have lived experience of either their own mental health challenges, have personally supported loved ones or have worked in community mental health.
Diversity of gender, sexuality and culture is actively celebrated and supported by Orygen Recovery. Staff members have received training in this area and are passionate about recognising and affirming gender identity while supporting young people's cultural considerations.
At Orygen Recovery we view the young person we’re working with as the most important member of our team, partnering with them to empower them.
