Orygen acknowledges the uncertainty brought about by COVID-19 can raise feelings of anxiety, distress and concern. We are all facing challenging times.
Now, more than ever, we need to join together in a spirit of unity and kindness to look after our own mental health and the mental health of our friends, family, co-workers and community.
Because of this, Orygen is pleased to join the National Mental Health Commission’s global call of #InThisTogether, a national online campaign that provides Australians with important mental health and wellbeing tips to actively follow and share while remaining socially and emotionally connected with others.
We will all need a little extra support during this time, so let’s be kind, stay connected, check in with each other, and encourage people to seek professional support when they need it.
