Youth Advisory Council 2023

Amelia (she/they) is a creative director and marketing manager based in Melbourne. They are a youth advocate with experience in various organisations, including Foundation for Young Australians, PROJECT ROCKIT and YACVic. Their lived experience includes caring for loved ones with a disability and experiencing depression and anxiety.

Amelia is passionate about a range of mental health areas from anxiety and mood, technology and wellbeing, trauma and stressor-related disorders, to personality, psychosis and dissociation. Through their work and lived experience, Amelia strives to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigmas and make a positive impact for young people.
