Healthy relationships and mental wellbeing in young people

This module looks at why healthy peer relationships (defined in this case as relationships with friends as well as sexual or romantic relationships) are important for mental wellbeing in young people. After establishing the need for promoting healthy relationships in young people, the module will briefly address signs of healthy and unhealthy relationships, how to assess relationships and how to help young people develop healthy relationships with their peers.
