WHY IS YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH ADVOCACY IMPORTANT TO YOU?

I want to ensure that every Zimbabwean young person understands and can speak up on mental health issues in their respective contexts. In addition, I aim to protect and promote young Zimbabwean mental health rights and have their views and wishes genuinely considered when decisions are being made about their lives.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE MENTAL HEALTH IN YOUR COMMUNITY?

My community faces a shortage of mental health services. The average Zimbabwean is likely to go into poverty due to out-of-pocket spending on health care. With health insurance above the means of most people, there is evidence of inequality in resources and access to mental health services among different demographics
