Advanced Practice webinar - Sexual Health and Youth Mental Health: Interventions and Case Studies (M

This webinar will explore the rationale for assessing and screening the sexual health of young people with mental ill-health. Young people with mental health problems are at higher risk for experiencing sexual health concerns. These may relate to sexuality, gender diversity, sexual activity and sexual relationships, as well as sexual dysfunction that may be associated with their mental health concerns or their treatment. This webinar will provide a framework for the assessment and screening of sexual behaviour and sexual identity. The webinar will present case studies to demonstrate how assessment, screening and interventions can occur in conjunction within youth mental health services.
